A sub for all seasons!

Baked Turkey club sub! Say that fast and five times!

1 bottle of Marzetti's Golden Italian dressing
4 good quality sub rolls
2 pounds of pepper roasted turkey breast
8 slices of provolone cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
8 slices of crisp cooked bacon
1/2 cup of sliced black olives
8 nice big leaves of red leaf lettuce
1 wafer thin sliced red onion--if it is really hot you can soak it in ice water..
8 beautiful slices of homegrown, farm stand or really good quality tomatoes

Open the subs and fill one side with the turkey, bacon, olives and provolone cheese. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the provolone. You can bush the other side of the bun with olive oil. Toast on 400 degrees until golden brown and delicious. Stack your beautiful lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Drench in Marzetti's Golden Italian dressing! I just like this brand of dressing but you can use any but, I suggest a vinaigrette. Enjoy! This photo is from the Sub Shop! Remember, you can ROCK THAT PLATE!Marzetti, Dressing Italian, 8-Ounce (12 Pack)T. Marzetti's Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 1.5 oz Contains Sugar

I just had to skip lunch today.....didn't I? That looks like the start of a great sandwich in the oven.
